The Harlandale Education Foundation, Inc. is an approved 501 (c) 3 charitable organization. Every Harlandale ISD student who goes on to college, university or technical/trade school is eligible for a scholarship. Community members may make a donation by contacting Andrew Fernandez at (210) 989 - 4348.
